Woodcrafters DIY Studio, inc. was established by Jim and Liz Bolash in August 2016. Jim is a carpenter with 25 years of experience and Liz is a clinical psychologist with 18 years of experience. This wealth of professional experience has taught them that creative expression and self-confidence are important ingredients in life satisfaction. Guiding others in creating projects with their own hands was the natural progression of combining their unique skills to enhance the life satisfaction of others through crafting.
In sharing this concept with friends and family, Jim and Liz encountered an overwhelming interest and excitement, which fueled their initial idea into action. Their concept evolved into the business you currently see, a wide variety of personalized wood signs and crafts which can be completed as “do-it-yourself” (diy) projects in the social atmosphere of a “Woodcrafting Studio”.
We aim to provide the atmosphere, materials and guidance needed for people to create personalized wooden signs and crafts. We plan to introduce distinctive and ever-changing projects to encourage our customers to return regularly for social outings, team-building activities, scout projects, birthday parties, fieldtrips, and more.
Our customers will leave the studio with a feeling of accomplishment as the natural bi-product of creating an item of quality that they can take pride in.
